On the website, you will find 1) helpful business articles with a focus on various aspects of business marketing, 2) an events calendar listing business events all over the state of Michigan and 3) a Michigan-only business directory where you can get your business listed FOR FREE. Michigan Marketer has also played a key role in promoting causes that are designed to contribute to the success of Michigan business and non-profit organizations.
<h4>Web Workbench for Non-Profits</h4>
Intended for small, donor-dependent non-profits, the Web Workbench is a full-day workshop offering training in creating a WordPress website, implementing best practices in SEO and effective strategy for promoting your organization through social media. Our first workshop was a big success. It was held at the Southfield Michigan campus of ITT Technical Institute in May of 2013 and received rave reviews from those who attended. There were 10 representatives from 6 companies that contributed to this effort and volunteered their time. Be sure and check back here for details on the 2nd workshop planned for November of 2013 and being held in Toledo Ohio.

YowSeo has been very active in the Southfield Area Chamber of Commerce, including volunteer committees involvement. Our founder, Tim Yow, continues as a Chamber Ambassador and in various marketing efforts to advance the agenda of the Chamber and its members.

We have our own two mile stretch on I-75 (in Troy) so we can do our part to keep Michigan roads looking beautiful.
